Extension privacy.

Our extensions do not collect personal information, browsing history, sales or trade information, customer records, business records, or other content processed through extension features.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share extension data for advertising, marketing, or commercial purposes. We do not create profiles, track people across websites, or analyse private business activity.

Most extension processing takes place locally in your browser or on your device. The information stays on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on Solution Hood servers.

Reports, calculations, summaries, exports, and other results are generated only to provide the feature you request.

Some extensions need access to the current page to perform a feature you request. This may include reading page content, creating reports, organising or processing information, performing calculations, or producing summaries and exports.

That access is used only for the requested function. We do not collect, store, sell, or use page content for our own marketing, advertising, profiling, or other commercial purposes.

Where a feature processes sales, trade, product, order, transaction, customer, or business data, it does so for your use. Solution Hood does not collect, store, sell, trade, or independently use that information. It remains local unless a feature clearly states otherwise before use.

Our extensions request only permissions needed for their described functionality. Depending on the extension, this may include access to the active tab, reading the current page, saving local preferences, or downloading a report.

Permissions are not used to secretly collect information or monitor your activity.

An extension may store settings, preferences, generated information, or other functional data locally on your device. This helps preserve preferences and improve the extension's operation.

Locally stored data is not automatically sent to Solution Hood. You can generally remove it by clearing the extension's data or uninstalling the extension.

If you contact us for support, report a problem, send feedback, or request product information, we may receive your name, email address, message, and other details you choose to provide.

We use that information to communicate with you, provide support, and resolve the request. We do not sell it.

Solution Hood does not sell extension or browsing data. Because extension processing is generally local, we ordinarily do not have access to the information being processed.

We may disclose information you voluntarily provide when required by law, to protect legal rights, to address misuse, or to use a service provider needed to respond to your request.

Extensions may interact with third-party websites. Solution Hood does not control and is not responsible for those websites' privacy, security, content, or data handling practices. Using an extension on a website does not mean Solution Hood controls that website.

Local processing helps keep information under your control, and we design our extensions to limit unnecessary collection and transmission.

You remain responsible for protecting your device, browser, accounts, and locally stored information.

Our extensions are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Because they generally process information locally, Solution Hood does not intentionally receive or maintain children's personal information.

We may update this policy when our extensions, features, permissions, technology, or legal requirements change. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date.
